新建贵州黄桶至广西百色铁路贵州段打哨隧道施工取得新进展

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">记者从沪昆铁路客运专线贵州有限公司获悉，９月１３日，黄桶至百色铁路（以下称黄百铁路）打哨隧道１号斜井正式开挖掘进，标志着贵州段全线第三长的万米隧道施工再度提速。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">打哨隧道位于贵州省黔西南州望谟县境内，全长约１０８７５米，是黄百铁路贵州段３座长度超万米的隧道之一，隧道施工任务重、战线长，同时要面对岩溶、顺层偏压、软岩变形、底鼓等复杂地质挑战，施工风险高，是全线重难点控制工程之一，此次进洞的打哨隧道一号斜井全长８２７米，承担４０９５米的正洞施工任务。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据了解，黄百铁路贵州段站前５标全长约３１.３公里，超万米长隧有两座，项目自开工以来，施工团队坚持以建设“安全、精品、创新、绿色、廉洁、和谐”工程为目标，按照“网格化、定量化、清单化”管理模式，全面加强技术交底和超前地质预报工作，确保安全顺利进洞，通过科学编制隧道施工专项方案，压实各层级管理责任，全面加强过程精细化管控，确保打哨隧道安全、优质、高效掘进。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据悉，黄百铁路北接沪昆铁路，南连南宁至昆明铁路，是西部陆海新通道西通道的重要组成部分，正线全长约３１５公里，设计时速１６０公里，为国家Ⅰ级电气化铁路，建设工期５年，其中贵州段正线长约１７３公里，桥隧比达８１.６％。项目建成后，将进一步完善区域路网布局，成为贵州北部地区至通江达海的便捷通道，对于加快推进西部陆海新通道建设，促进区域经济社会协调发展，具有十分重要的意义。</p>
