<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">9月10日，<strong style="color: blue;">银华绍兴原水水利REIT</strong>正式获批，成为我国首单水利设施REITs。同日，<strong style="color: blue;">国泰君安济南能源供热REIT、平安甬兴宁波交投杭州湾跨海大桥REIT</strong>两只新产品申报。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">9月10日，深交所官网显示，<strong style="color: blue;">银华绍兴原水水利REIT</strong>正式获批，成为我国首单水利设施REITs。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">银华绍兴原水水利REIT的原始权益人为绍兴市原水集团有限公司、绍兴柯桥水务集团有限公司、绍兴市上虞区水务投资建设有限公司。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">绍兴原水集团于2019年12月成立，为绍兴市市政府授权市国资委依法履行监管职责的市政府直属国有企业，注册资本为30亿元，主要负责绍兴市原水资源开发利用、建设管理。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">银华绍兴原水水利REIT底层资产为汤浦水库，位于绍兴市上虞区、柯桥区、嵊州市三区（市）交界处，流域面积460平方公里，总库容2.35亿立方米，属大(Ⅱ)型水库，设计日最大供水规模为100万吨。汤浦水库工程是一项集供水、防洪和改善水环境相结合的综合性水利工程，工程总投资9.47亿元，于1997年12月8日动工兴建，2000年4月大坝工程竣工，开始封闸蓄水。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">业内人士认为，绍兴原水基础设施REITs项目成功发行意义重大，既赓续了绍兴“依水而生、因水而兴”的发展史，推广了绍兴历史悠久、内涵丰富的水利文化；也为基础设施REITs市场引入了新的资产类型，有利于促进投资融资良性循环；还为水利行业投融资创新提供了良好示范，是金融服务实体经济的具体体现。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">值得一提的是，随着公募REITs进入常态化发行，这一领域的扩容明显提速。截至目前，今年以来已有17只公募REITs获批。与此同时，年内已有15只公募REITs募集成立，发行总规模超过300亿元，数量和规模均超去年全年。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">公司官网显示，济南热力集团是济南市属国有独资大型能源企业，隶属于济南能源集团有限公司，是集热力生产、供应与服务，能源技术开发、咨询与应用，能源设施建设与维修于一体的综合性大型企业。主要承担济南市区域内高新区、历下区、市中区、历城区、天桥区、槐荫区及起步区等区域的供热保障任务。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">公开资料显示，杭州湾跨海大桥于2003年6月奠基建设，2008年5月通车运营，是浙江省内连接嘉兴市和宁波市的跨海大桥，位于杭州湾海域之上，全长约36公里，是沈阳—海口高速公路（国家高速G15）组成部分之一，也是浙江省东北部的城市快速路重要构成部分。</p>
