“智改数转”促进降本增效，达州渠县轻纺服饰频频“出圈”

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近年来，人们参与户外运动的热情高涨，更愿意为户外运动买单。紧盯这片新蓝海，渠县将目光锁定在“户外纺织”这一新兴朝阳产业，建圈强链不断发力，成功荣获“中国户外纺织服装名城”称号。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“从2014年第一家服装服饰企业落地，到2020年渠县正式将轻纺服饰产业确立为主导产业之一，至今已有10年时间。这期间，服装服饰产业快速发展，自2020以来服装服饰产值增长170%。”渠县县委书记刘伟说。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">渠县还大力引进行业“单打冠军”“隐形冠军”“链主型”企业，四川贵康服装有限公司犀牛智造合作工厂、安踏合作伙伴嘉源体育、兴宏泰服饰、铭圳纺织、航彩纺织、鑫富纺织等龙头企业竞相落户渠县；坚持“链主企业+产业集群”双轮驱动，着力构建“纺织生产—布品印染—创新设计—服装加工—品牌运营”全产业链体系；注重企业、产品、品牌的“梯度培育”，既让规模企业“顶天立地”，又使微型企业“铺天盖地”，全县129家轻纺服饰企业中，轻纺服饰类乡村共富工坊69家，轻纺服饰从业人员近万人，服装类规上企业32家，数量全省第一。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在铭圳纺织的织布车间，450台智能高速喷水织布机昼夜不停高速运转，机器卷入一条条细纱，“吐出”洁白柔软的布料，整个车间却只有十几位工人巡逻观察织布机的工作状态。在公司的大数据可视化平台上，实时显示当日产量、效率、异常机器、员工绩效等数据。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近年来，渠县大力支持服装服饰“智改数转”，全力推动服装服饰“机器换人”“数字换脑”，数字化智能化生产应用不仅降低了企业的生产成本，还提升了生产效率。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“去年开始，公司推进‘智改数转’数字化平台建设，效益很明显，现在我们的效率和产值至少提高了30%。”四川兴宏泰制衣有限公司总经理谭吉平说。</p>
