<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">湄洲湾航道三期工程（Ⅱ阶段）总投资约6.7亿元，其中利用世界银行贷款5000万美元，是我省首个利用世界银行贷款的沿海航道项目。该项目建设规模为扩建湄洲湾航道航52.1公里，满足30万吨级散货船乘潮单向通航，同时满足40万吨散货船乘潮通航和Q-MAX型LNG船不乘潮单向通航要求。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">项目建成后，可有效改善船舶通航条件，对湄洲湾港提升生产运行效率、提高通航安全保障能力、打造散货运输核心竞争力发挥了极大作用。同时，在服务临港产业发展、中西部省份对外开放、对台交流合作、海丝沿线国家交流互通等方面具有重要意义。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">漳湾21号泊位建设规模为新建15万吨级通用泊位1个，水工结构均按照30万吨散货船设计，同步建设相应的配套设施。该项目于2021年列入交通运输部“平安百年品质工程”创建示范项目（第一批）清单，在实施过程中参建各方充分运用创新、发展理念，在平安百年品质工程创建中取得了一系列创新成果，并成功召开全省水运工程平安百年品质工程观摩活动，推动行业创建工作。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">该项目作为宁德市建成规模最大的深水泊位，投产后将进一步改善漳湾作业区港口基础设施条件，促进临港产业和闽东北协作区区域经济发展。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">10月22日，由集团权属<strong style="color: blue;">福建省交通建设工程试验检测有限公司</strong>负责桥梁施工监控量测的政永高速公路（德化段）项目南墩大桥左幅2号墩0号块顺利浇筑。这是政永高速公路项目全线首个顺利浇筑的悬浇梁0号块，标志着政永高速项目正式进入桥梁悬臂浇筑施工阶段。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">南墩大桥位于德化县雷峰镇，桥长194m，悬浇段跨径组合为42+72+42m，采用挂篮对称现浇施工，上跨国道G355，是桥梁拉通至隧道的重要节点工程。为保证浇筑施工顺利推进，项目部严格落实“首件制”要求，将其作为重点控制性工程，多次召开安全、技术集中研讨会，制定科学的施工方案，细化施工任务，紧盯关键节点、狠抓质量安全，确保浇筑过程中质量、安全有序可控。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">罗源牛坑湾港口及加工物流区填海项目位于福州城市发展的北翼，罗源湾北侧的牛坑湾内，用海总面积达804公顷，形成陆域总面积720公顷。该项目是福建省最大的用海项目，项目竣工后将形成1.2万亩可供连片开发的沿海区域项目用地，为福州市建设现代化国际城市以及罗源县建设现代化美丽海湾城市提供新的产业发展承载平台。</span></p>
