<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">重庆弗迪锂电池有限公司制造一部装配车间创建于2021年5月，主要从事产能提升、降低成本及车间安全、5S管理能力提升等工作，先后荣获重庆园区弗迪电池产能龙虎榜第一名、5S优秀车间、工厂级年度综合评比排名第一，并于今年获得重庆市“工人先锋号”荣誉。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">该车间现有生产人员400余人，辅助工程师等20余人。一年来，该车间始终围绕优化管理手段、降本增效等工作重点，通过员工岗位技能提升、引入电子化智能生产管理手段等，大大提升了劳动生产率，使车间减少人力成本792万元。同时，车间通过实施氦气回收系统调整压力值，提升效率等创新节能手段，每年降低使用成本161万元。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">近年来，该车间立足于提产增效，持续保持刀片电池生产效率最优车间，日均产能提升一万余件，年度综合产值提升10亿元。不仅如此，该车间在高度重视人才培养和团队建设的同时，积极发扬敢打敢拼、协同作战的竞争精神，在产能爬坡、质量提升、降本增效等各方面取得骄人成绩，起到了“先锋”作用。</span></p>
