<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">2月10日，走进位于大龙经济开发区的贵州中科星城石墨有限公司，该公司的6号车间已全面投入生产抢占市场先机，制粉、复合造粒、石墨化、碳化、筛分等工序有序运行。该车间于去年12月正式投产，完成投资约2亿元，建成年产3万吨锂电池负极材料生产线，预计年产值可达3亿元。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">贵州中科星城是一家集锂离子动力电池负极材料研发、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业，原为贵州格瑞特新材料有限公司，2016年通过招商引资落户大龙经济开发区。去年，公司更名为贵州中科星城石墨有限公司，目前产品覆盖锂动力电池负极材料，铝壳、圆柱、软包等个人消费类锂电池等多个品类，是具有国内先进水平的石墨化产品专业供应商。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">选择落户大龙经济开发区，贵州中科星城正是看中这里的区位和产业集群发展优势。据贵州中科星城办公室主任田波琪介绍，自招商引资落户大龙经济开发区以来，贵州中科星城规划分三期建设，总建设时限6年。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">去年1月，贵州中科星城三期子项目6号车间项目开工建设，占地面积45亩，建筑面积3万余平方米。当年9月，6号车间项目实现试投产，12月正式投产，累计完成投资约2亿元。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">“项目从开工到建成试投产，仅用8个月时间，快速建成的背后离不开相关政府部门的大力支持。”田波琪说，建设过程的相关手续都是政府帮忙协调办理，才能够支撑我们整个项目快速完成建设。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">据了解，为统筹推进项目落地实施，确保签约项目早建成、早投产、早见效，大龙经济开发区持续深化项目专班服务机制，实行项目指挥长负责制和一个项目、一个领导、一个团队、一套方案、一抓到底“五个一”项目推进机制，建立项目建设联席协调会议办公室，推进项目建设。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">“项目建成后，从经济效益来看，将加强贵州中科星城锂离子电池和电动汽车行业配套产品的生产能力，公司生产能力将上升一个新的台阶。”田波琪说，同时从社会效益来看，将带动周边400人就业，保证周边居民的经济收入。</span></p>
