吊销燃气经营许可证！中山市小榄燃气公司被罚
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据“信用广东”的消息，中山市小榄燃气公司违反了《城镇燃气管理条例》第十五条，构成了违规行为。根据《城镇燃气管理条例》第四十五条第二款，江门市蓬江区城市管理和综合执法局决定对当事人处罚款人民币17万5<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>000元整（￥175000）；没收违法所得人民币29万6380元整（￥296380）；吊销燃气经营许可证的行政处罚。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据蓬江城管执二罚字〔2024〕48号，近日，中山市小榄燃气公司因机关执法人员于 2<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>024 年 3 月 13 日下午，发现其员工丁某使用粤 K675G1 危运车，向江门市蓬江区霞村东堤三路某玻璃厂配送液化石油气瓶，现场共有气瓶 54 个（其中 50㎏气瓶 29 个，15㎏气瓶 25 <a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>个），扫描瓶身二维码显示充装单位为中山市小榄燃气公司。现场对中山市小榄燃气公司送气工丁某（上岗证证件号 3080）询问了解，其对在蓬江区配送售卖中山市小榄燃气公司液化石油气的行为予以确认，且未能提供蓬<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>江区燃气经营许可证等材料。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">另外，机关执法人员于 2024 年 3 月 13 日，发现蓬江区荷塘镇高沙滩东路某玻璃加工厂和江门市蓬江区荷塘镇东堤三路一玻璃厂，也使用中山市小榄燃气公司配送提供的液化石油气<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>，最近一次充装时间分别为 2024 年 3 月 11 日、3 月 6 日。通过微信交易单、银行电子回单等证据证实，经营时间最早从 2021 年 9 月份开始至 2024 年 3 月止，累计交易金额为 <a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>296380 元。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>设施；(三)有固定的经营场所、完善的安全管理制度和健全的经营方案；(四)企业的主要负责人、安全生产管理人员以及运行、维护和抢修人员经专业培训并考核合格；(五)法律、法规规定的其他条件。符合前款规定条件<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>的，由县级以上地方人民政府燃气管理部门核发燃气经营许可证。”的规定。被江门市蓬江区城市管理和综合执法局作出罚款人民币17万5000元整（￥175000）；没收违法所得人民币29万6380元整（￥296<a style="color: red;">方钉工社</a>380）；吊销燃气经营许可证的行政处罚。</p>
