<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">该趟班列将经铁路到达湖北荆州，再由长江水运分拨至江苏、上海等地，运输时间将由原来的15—20天缩短为10天左右据了解，长江三峡枢纽投运20年来过闸运量快速增长，数据显示，2022年三峡枢纽过闸运量已达设计限值1.6亿吨，2023年的前三季度更是再创历史新高，达到了1.27亿吨，同比增长10.02%，待闸时间已从2011年的17小时增加至2022年的223小时，三峡船闸待闸压船现象已成常态，客观上造成了船舶周转效率下降、运营成本大幅上升，直接影响到川渝地区水运进出主通道的承载能力。</p>
