<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一是京杭运河枣庄段二级航道整治工程建设按照内河航运高质量发展三年行动任务目标和今年政府工作报告要求，2024年完成二级航道整治工程2023年，二级航道整治工程完成年度投资3.26亿元，占年度计划的100.6%；今年工程累计投资15.28亿元。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前，航道一级护岸完成48.99公里，二级护岸完成39.89公里；应急通道工程马兰大桥以上完成83.6%、交安工程完成16%，马兰大桥以下完成44.5%、交安工程完成12%；万年闸下安全待泊区、台儿庄1号公用锚地、伊家河大桥正在加紧施工、向前推进。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二是智慧港航项目投资8000万元的智慧港航建设工程于2月28日进场施工此次航道信息化建设将5G通信、人工智能等新技术与基建设施深度融合，实现辖区航道的远程、智能监测预警，提供实时、动态的港航信息服务，并与省水路运输管理服务综合信息平台、市城市大脑交通运输子平台以及市交通局港口航运、海事、运政等业务系统实现数据对接。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三是薛城港区泊位改造提升项目该项目总投资5.2亿元，成功入选第一批交通运输部港口功能优化提升交通强国专项试点，目前已完成港区道路、观测平台、集装箱泊位基础部分等施工，各类设备已完成订购，储配煤大棚完成工程量的80%。</p>
