<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">工作人员在生产线工作9月26日，远景蒙新集团高新齿轮箱智造基地首台产品在包头市达茂零碳园区正式下线，标志着自治区首个大兆瓦自研、自制、自用的高新智能齿轮箱迈入批量生产阶段，填补了自治区智能风机产业链核心部件制造端的空白，是包头市陆上风电装备制造产业发展史上的一个新里程碑。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“风电齿轮箱被视为工业制造‘皇冠上的明珠产品’，是风机核心部件中的关键技术之一，其性能直接决定了风机的运行效率、可靠性和使用寿命”远景能源传动链事业部总经理张晓杰介绍：“风电齿轮箱的核心技术和制造长期掌握在外资企业手中长达40年，经过近六年的研发，我们实现技术突破，解决了技术垄断‘卡脖子’问题，带动国内风电齿轮箱技术跨越式发展，使整个风电的供应链更加安全、更有保障。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">”张晓杰介绍说，本次下线的高新智能化齿轮箱采用无轴承外圈的设计，大大降低了齿轮箱的尺寸和重量，同时扭矩提升10%，这意味着同等条件下，发电量将提升10%以上技术创新是企业的生命，也是产业发展的不竭动力立足“风光无限”的资源优势，抢抓“双碳”重大机遇，包头市聚焦能源绿色低碳转型、新型电力系统等领域，统筹强化关键核心技术攻关。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“该项技术实现了设计、制造到测试的全面自主可控，项目投产后将使用零碳园区提供的高比例绿电，可年产大兆瓦高新智能齿轮箱800台，总体带动就业超200人”远景蒙新集团常务副总经理张元介绍，此次下线的齿轮箱已通过DNV(挪威船级社)和TüV(德国莱茵)认证，是国内唯一具备此类产品生产测试验证能力的产品，生产能力最大可覆盖12.5MW陆上风机、18MW海上风机，6750台风机产品已通过交付验证，品质已达到国际领先水平。</p>
