<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">中新网新疆新闻4月17日电（谢超 彭诗琪）中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司以深度改造、技术创新为核心，聚焦环保升级与效能提升，通过四年一度的装置大检修为企业的绿色、高效发展注入强劲动力4月16日，记者在中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司装置大检修施工现场看到，塔吊林立、机械轰鸣，工作人员正在紧张有序的忙碌在各大检修装置前。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2万吨/年硫磺回收装置作为塔河炼化核心生产装置之一也是此次大检修的重中之重今年炼油一部1号硫磺回收装置增设了烟气后碱洗项目，该项目加烟囱平台总共高80米，将分7次吊装，目前已完成三段吊装中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司炼油第一作业部硫磺工艺管理副主任师贾红岩说：“由于作业空间狭小，吊装条件复杂，我们选择塔架与碱洗塔组合穿插吊装的方式，保障安全作业的同时有效缩短了施工时间。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前碱洗塔项目已完成三段吊装，下一步计划是对四段烟囱的分段吊装和碱洗塔进出各介质管线的配管连接”烟气后碱洗项目作为此次大检修的关键环保项目，其采用了国内最先进的工艺，针对尾气焚烧炉产生的烟气进行深度脱硫处理。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">通过与30%浓度的NaOH溶液发生高效吸收反应，成功将硫磺烟气中SO₂排放浓度降至每立方米20毫克以下，远低于行业标准中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司炼油第一作业部生产副总师、硫磺高级主管闫虎说：“烟气后碱洗项目是塔河炼化公司的一项重点环保项目，主要通过碱液与硫磺外排废气进行反应，将尾气中残留的污染物SO₂进行吸收，实现SO₂零排放的突破。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">后碱洗项目建成投用后环保效益显著，每年可减排SO₂3吨，切实打造无废工厂”除了环保项目的落地实施，塔河炼化在检修过程中还通过对150万吨/年常压装置、120万吨/年焦化装置、110万吨/年汽柴油加氢精制装置、八千标立每小时天然气制氢装置等核心装置的深度检修与改造升级，不断优化工艺流程、提升设备效能，从而降低能耗、提高产品品质，为后续生产运营奠定高效、稳定的硬件基础。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“此次检修共有检修项目1200多项，设备更新109项，改造任务是26项预计固定资产投入是1.3个亿已经完工项目是512项，接近一半，经过此次检修，1号设备装置的能耗指标，还有排放指标都会进一步提升我们所有的全体的参检员工和参检单位的员工，也是全力以赴，以饱满的热情投入到检修的任务当中，肯定能够安全、优质、高效、正点的完成检修的任务。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">”中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司生产管理部副经理刘子英说道作为南疆最大的石油炼化企业，中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司2023年全年共加工原料油 470.16 万吨、同比增加39.53万吨，实现营业收入239.06 亿元、同比增加6.07亿元，应缴税费60.17 亿元、同比增加4.88 亿元，为保障国家能源安全和促进地方经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">此次装置大检修，企业将通过精细化管理确保安全、环保、高效施工，全面赋能石化产业绿色、高效发展“本次我们检修，是我们装置4年一次的大检修，主要目的是消除我们设备的隐患，提升我们设备的性能，同时通过我们这次大检修，可以全面提升我们各项经济技术指标，为我们装置的长周期运行奠定一个坚实的基础，同时也为库车经济稳步提升，践行我们央企的责任。</p>
