<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为顺应能源转型发展大势，推动能源结构低碳化发展，燕山石化作为中国石化5大润滑油生产基地之一，紧盯市场，聚焦“油转特”，加快推动炼油产品结构调整，不断加大高品质基础油和特种油品研发力度，将加氢处理技术与异构降凝技术完美结合，使原料适应性更强、目标产品收率更高、质量更稳定，在全流程加工减压蜡油的基础上，2021年，成功产出HVI Ⅲ 4cst以及Ⅱ+或Ⅲ类6cst等多牌号基础油，实现经济效益最大化。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">同时在原油加工种类优选、工艺参数优化等方面积累了丰富的生产经验2023年4月，润滑油加氢装置成功产出U-10℃通用变压器油7月21日，15号白油顺利通过化妆品级质量认证，实现了产品质量升级公司还将根据生产情况陆续完成10号白油、32号白油质量升级，不断提高产品市场竞争力。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">下一步，燕山石化将根据国内润滑油发展趋势，立足于市场对滑油基础油需求变化，进一步拓宽基础油、特种油牌号和产品用途，稳步提高高品质基础油产量和质量，逐步替代国外进口产品，加快建设高端润滑油生产基地。</p>
