模板从支设到拆除,一步一步来,没有学不会的技术

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、墙、柱钢筋绑扎完毕安装完毕,绑好钢筋保护层垫。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、支设模板前,应清除种控制线,将标高标示好。水或其它过渡引测点,并完善预合理的施工流水区段,减少数。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5、防跑浆措施:安装模板前,模板的承垫底部先垫上20mm厚海绵条。底部严重不平的,沿模板内边线用1∶3水泥砂浆找平。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">外墙、外柱的外边根部,根据标高线,在模板底部,粘贴10mm厚海绵条,以确保不漏浆。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">6、设置模板定位基准:在墙、柱主筋上距楼面约100mm处、距上部梁(板)底约500mm处,根据模板线,按保护层厚度焊接水平支杆,以防模板的水平移位。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">楼梯支模,必须结合结构图和建筑图。注意相邻楼地面的建筑做法,以确定楼梯结构施工标高与位置。并在楼梯模成型后,严格按施工大样,检查各部位的标高、位置、尺寸。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">休息平台处,第一步台阶要与下一跑、最后一步台阶,背向错开不少于40mm。各步向上推,以保证装饰后台阶对齐。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">侧模应在混凝土强度,能保证其表面及棱角,不因拆模受损后方可拆除。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">底模及冬季施工模板的拆除。必须待同条件养护试块抗压强度,达到下表的规定后方可拆除。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">模板拆除时,先下调可调式顶托,使得龙骨与底模脱开,再用钢钎轻轻撬动竹胶板拆下第一块,然后逐块拆除。不得用钢钎、铁锤猛戳乱撬。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">每块模板拆下后,应由人工,将其运托放至楼面或地面。严禁把拆下的模板扔至地面,或使其自由坠落于地面。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">拆除跨度较大的梁支架及其模板时,应从跨中开始向两端进行。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">已拆除模板及支架的结构,在混凝土达到设计强度等级后,方可承受全部使用荷载。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当施工荷载所产生的效应,比使用荷载的效应更不利时,必须经过设计单位核算,加设临时支撑。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二、楼板、梁模板拆除工艺</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">下调支柱顶托螺杆后,拆下U形卡,再用钢钎轻轻撬动模板拆下第一块,然后逐块逐段拆除。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三、柱模板拆除工艺</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">拆除第一层时,用木锤或带橡胶皮垫的锤,向外侧轻击模板上口,使之松动,脱离柱混凝土。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">依次拆下一层模板时,要轻击模边肋,严禁用撬棍从柱角撬离。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">拆掉的模板及配件用滑板滑到地面或用绳子绑扎吊下。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">分片拆除柱模板时,要从上口向外侧轻击和轻撬连接角模,使之松动。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">要适当加设临时支撑,或在柱上口留一个松动穿墙螺栓,防止整片柱模倾倒伤人。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">四、墙模板拆除工艺</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">模板施工注意事项及安全措施</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1、外墙模板利用下层墙体螺栓孔固定时,下层外墙砼强度,不应低于7.5MPa。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、对于跨度不小于4m的现浇钢筋混凝土梁、板,模板支设时,应按设计要求起拱,设计无具体要求时,起拱高度应为跨度的1/1000 ~3/1000.</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、支模过程中,如需中途停歇,应将支撑、搭头、柱头等钉牢。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">拆模间歇时,应将已活动的模板、牵杠、支撑等运走或妥善堆放,防止因踏空、扶空而坠落。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4、所有模板每次周转,应均匀涂刷隔离剂,便于模板拆除,不破坏混凝土成品。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5、相邻两块模板对接时接缝处,必须有木方连接,第二块板的钉子要朝第一块板的方向斜钉,使接缝紧密。</p>
