<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 5.8特殊资格要求：5.8.1 项目申报发行阶段，基金管理人需根据招标人要求提供驻场服务，驻场服务人数不少于1人；投入本项目的服务人员需具备基金从业资格证，且从业年限不少于3年（需提供承诺书和相关资格证书复印件，并加盖公章）。</p>
