<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 伴随着气动阀有序的开合声，洁白如玉的蜡板整齐地在自动化包装机上堆叠成摞、包装成袋，自检称重合格后，经过传送皮带到达码垛机，码成一块块坚固的“城墙砖”，筑起“油头化尾”结构调整项目金色的未来 “我和石蜡成型装置可以说是互相见证、共同成长!”看着石蜡产品不断下线，炼油生产三部石蜡作业区班长史贵斌自豪地说道。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 如今，石蜡成型装置已经屹立了22年，史贵斌也和石蜡成型装置相伴了22年经年累月扎根一线的打磨，让他从愣头青成长为备受信赖的班长，F扳手上的道道磨痕仿佛是成长的年轮，镌刻着他与石蜡成型装置共同走过的岁月。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “产品牌号单一、加工量已达上限，在日益多元化的市场竞争中，我们占不到优势”史贵斌回忆说，十多年来，随着上游装置加工量的逐年上升，装置经历了1次扩能、数次改造，加工能力由初始设计的10万吨/年增加到15万吨/年，成型能力已经到了瓶颈，再建一套装置，丰富牌号和性能，深挖特种产品、高端产品的潜力成为迫切需求。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 2019年，为了最大限度挖掘大庆原油价值潜力，进一步拉长“化尾”产业链，将资源优势转化为产业优势，推动企业和地方高质量发展，大庆炼化启动了增产石蜡项目。</p><img src="//n.sinaimg.cn/spider20221008/293/w700h393/20221008/8fe8-ffef85da36759704cb3d1263beb87256.jpg" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;">

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 作为“油头化尾”结构调整重点项目，也是黑龙江省“百大项目”之一，增产石蜡项目包括新建60万吨/年酮苯脱油装置、30万吨/年石蜡加氢装置和15万吨/年石蜡成型装置，总占地面积4.38万平方米，自2019年10月30日开始建设，全程历时380天，于2020年11月中旬顺利开工投产。</p>
<h3 id="sub_title_9" style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">9.蜡油加氢工艺流程</h3>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “经历了人、机、料之间近一个半月的调试、磨合，生产逐渐走向正轨，当年生产石蜡近2万吨”尽管已经过去两年了，但谈及装置开工投产、产品顺利下线时的情景，史贵斌仍满脸自豪 装置刚建成时采用人工装袋，劳动强度大、生产效率低，浇注流量计采用的体积计量方式偏差大、不好控制。</p>
<h3 id="sub_title_10" style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">10.石蜡有氢元素吗</h3>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">史贵斌说：“这两年随着技术革新，包装和成型已经实现自动化，新装置采用称重计量的方式使产品重量偏差更加可控这样一来，就可将更多的精力放在科技创新和挖潜增效上了，企业效益越来越好了” 有事实为证增产石蜡项目开工投产以来，大庆炼化依托装置优势和技术优势，持续挖掘上下游装置潜力，去年石蜡产量和销量都较以往翻了一番，产能位居全国第二，产品牌号由原来的3种增加到6种，大大增强了产品的市场竞争力，还能为下游厂商提供更多、更优质的石蜡原料。</p><img src="//n.sinaimg.cn/spider20221008/425/w700h525/20221008/55cb-e9572ef1b68cc9a7c88c95b290bcdd93.jpg" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;">
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 史贵斌和增产石蜡项目的同事们时刻不敢忘记身上的责任疫情发生后，在公司的大力支持下，他们开展全时、全域、全景监控，严守生产场所无疫情硬底线，石蜡生产相关的六套装置始终平稳生产如今，他们正加大平稳率控制力度，不断优化质量和收率，开足马力向年产33万吨的目标迈进。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 穿过装置的每一道回廊，坚定的脚步踏着机器有节奏的“咔哒”声，声声扣在他的思绪上年过五十的史贵斌对记者说：“我的全部青春都跟这座装置连在一起，下个十年，我们将继续并肩前行，共同成长!”说到这，史贵斌笑了，眼神里充满了坚定。</p>
