<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">中岭山隧道和新安所隧道作为文蒙铁路的重点控制性工程，均位于云南省蒙自市中岭山隧道全长3.9公里，最大埋深约313米，设计为单洞双线，地理环境极为复杂，不仅要穿越断层和富水白云岩砂化地段，还需面对岩体破碎、地下水丰富等挑战，这使得隧道围岩稳定性差，存在极高的坍塌和突泥涌水风险，为Ⅰ级高风险隧道。</p>
