模板拆除施工安全操作流程

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">①拆除前必须对操作工人作好技术及安全交底；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">②全面检查内架的连接、连墙件、支撑体系等是否符合安全要求；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">③清除架体上的杂物及地面障碍物；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">④拆除前对整个建筑物实行全封闭，禁止无关人员进入操作现场，以免发生安全事故；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">⑤根据工程实际需要，作业队在得到项目部下发的《内架拆除许可令》，明确拆除部位、拆除时间及拆除的顺序后方可进行拆除。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、拆模时间规定：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">侧模拆除时，砼强度能保证其表面及楞角不因拆除模板受损坏，方可拆除。板及梁底模板拆除必须由专业施工员提出申请经项目技术负责人签发意见，并报现场监理工程师。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1）、梁板模板拆除前应先在满堂架适当部位横杆（满足操作要求）铺上脚手板以满足操作时安全需要及防止拆下的模板直接从高处往下落。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2）、拆模时操作人员严禁站在拆除部位的正下方，并用专用撬棍拆除梁板模，禁止野蛮施工。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3）、拆下的模板由人工往下传递，层高超过4m楼面底模由人工通过绳子吊运落地，严禁往下扔，以防止模板损坏。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4）、当天拆下的模板当天转运至指定地方并及时清理干净，撬出铁钉并刷脱模剂，禁止待一楼层模板全部拆除后，再一次清运。</p>
