<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">会上，周海兵指出，长沙高铁西站是国家“八纵八横”高速铁路网的重要节点，是长株潭交通枢纽“三主五辅”之一各级各部门要切实提升思想认识，充分认识到加强高铁西城片区路网规划建设对完善长沙城市功能、提升片区承载能力、释放片区发展潜力的重要意义，对标全国一流，适度超前规划，抓好高铁西站及高铁西城片区开发建设，给未来发展预留足够空间。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">要持续抓好片区路网规划优化提升，充分考虑高铁西站未来车流客流高峰的通行需求，科学规划设计片区路网，加快构建“双井字、三圈层、双匝道”枢纽骨干道路集疏运系统，全方位、多层次优化交通组织，实现片区内外部交通高效通畅，片区路网与全市高快速路网、主干道路网便捷互通，切实构建起内联外畅的现代综合交通体系。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">要合理铺排建设时序，确保重要道路与站房、铁路建设相协调，争取早见成效；要科学统筹资金安排，抢抓国家相关政策机遇，算好片区开发和项目建设的经济账，优化工作机制，持续完善方案，明确职责分工，压实各方责任，形成工作合力，确保资金平衡，跑出路网规划建设带动片区开发建设“加速度”。</p>
