<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">中国建筑科学研究院有限公司工程师卢笛介绍，示范区通过高能效磁悬浮变频机组和水蓄冷系统，能使示范区内建筑的总能耗下降10%左右 在博鳌亚洲论坛大酒店的后厨里，厨师长刘苏用电磁灶迅速烧制出一盘色香味俱全的爆炒虾仁，全程没有一丝明火。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">刘苏说，电气化厨房不仅提高了操作安全性，还能更准确地调整火候，保证菜品的稳定性 总面积190.15公顷的海南博鳌近零碳示范区，目前已完成建筑绿色化、可再生资源利用、交通绿色化等8大类18个项目的建设任务，实现近零碳排放，改造后建筑运行能耗整体下降比例近50%，岛内交通工具能耗下降比例达80%。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “示范区的一大特点是其属于既有城区改造”胡耀文说，中国70%的碳排放来自既有城区，探索既有城区的降碳、低碳、近零碳路径，对于中国实现“碳中和”目标及应对全球气候变化来说具有重要意义 胡耀文说，可复制性和推广性是打造示范区的出发点。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前海南已制定《博鳌近零碳示范区创建技术标准》，经专家评估达到了国际先进水平未来，该标准将在更多夏热冬暖地区进行试用，在兼顾经济性的同时，形成一套能够向全球推广的近零碳技术标准，在绿色低碳发展领域为世界提供中国方案。</p>
