<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">王官庄片区10、111街区控制性详细规划国土空间用地规划图控规公示信息显示，通过对王官庄片区11街区整体研究，11街区东部、北部为现状已批和已建成区域，西南部为拆除新建区域且相对独立，确定将南辛庄东路以西、兴济河以南用地作为111街区，其余用地为112街区。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">10街区北至建宁路、兴济河，南至刘长山路，西至南辛庄西路，东至西十里河东路，总用地规模约81.37公顷主导属性为居住，规划城镇建设用地规模约63.94公顷，居住人口约2.33万人111街区北至兴济河，南至德兴东街，西至西十里河东路，东至南辛庄东路，总用地规模约23.12公顷。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2020年公布的王官庄片区控制性详细规划10街区北部调整变化较大济南试验机厂地块及周边由原居住用地变为城市留白用地，在保证原公园绿地面积不减少等前提下，待城市更新条件成熟后另行确定规划方案，占地面积约6.77公顷。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">西十里河街与规划横一路交叉口西南侧地块用途，由行政办公用地和绿地调整为幼儿园用地，规划建设18班幼儿园西十里河街该幼儿园地块以东地块，由商业和文化用地调整为居住用地西十里河东路与规划纵一路交叉口社会福利用地明确为商业、文化、社会福利混合用地，配建街道级文化设施、养老设施。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">值得一提的是，10街区内相邻的育贤四小和卧龙路小学，规划整体改造为30班小学，用地面积约2.52公顷111街区用地原以绿地、中小学、体育用途为主在新控规中，则增加了幼儿园、居住、商业用地其中，居住用地面积约7.03公顷，约占该街区总面积的三分之一。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一处中小学为27班九年一贯制学校，并配建街道级体育设施，用地面积约3.11公顷；新增一处6班幼儿园，用地面积约0.45公顷此外，一处街道级体育设施用地面积约1.31公顷10街区和111街区路网方面，南辛庄西路、刘长山路为主干路，现状西十里河东路将升级为次干路，规划道路红线25米，“断头路”王官庄北街将东延至西十里河东路，规划道路红线30米。</p>
