<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近日，南京扬子石化开出2016年首期安全大奖，对炼油厂柴油加氢装置当班副班长邹国东、芳烃厂重整联合装置当班班长杨慧、烯烃厂乙烯车间唐卫东认真巡检发现并准确处置事故险情给予各5000元奖励，表彰他们处险不乱、临危不惧、处置得当的职业精神。</p>
<h3 id="sub_title_3" style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">3.氢气提纯装置</h3>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1月20日凌晨1:35左右，芳烃厂重整联合装置当班班长杨慧在现场进行正常巡检时,听到氢提浓装置压缩机厂房处有异常的声响他循声追查，发现GB209101A左一级出口缓冲罐处发出剧烈气流声响，判断是氢气外漏，当机立断按下紧急停机开关。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2:29启动备机，生产恢复正常停运检查发现，泄漏点位于该机组左一级出口缓冲罐的引压管根部阀处该阀是只进口阀，阀体与一侧配套法兰间的焊缝脱焊，断口齐整，存在着明显的设计、制造缺陷该厂迅速排查出27台同类阀门，挂上标识牌，加“特别关注”，并启动更换准备。</p>
<h3 id="sub_title_5" style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">5.氢气提纯技术突破</h3>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1月17日晚10时，炼油厂加氢联合装置副班长邹国东巡检至5300#柴油加氢精制装置分馏区域时，闻到有硫化氢气味，仔细检查后发现胺液再沸器出口返塔线东侧分支顶部弯头（12米高处）有泄漏班组立即在现场拉出警戒区域、将地沟出口用沙包封堵、将循环氢脱硫和胺液再生系统停运切出，对泄漏点进行检测和原因分析并处理。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1月24日凌晨3时，烯烃厂乙烯车间职工唐卫东及时发现并成功处置急冷油管线泄漏事故，避免了环保事故安全居企业运营首位扬子石化为调动员工安全生产积极性，开展全员“我为安全作诊断”活动，并建立超过百万元的“奖金池”，专门奖励那些发现并成功处置事故隐患的员工，并规定夜间、高远点发现隐患加倍奖励。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据安全奖励制度规定，三位员工在夜间巡检发现事故隐患，符合加倍奖励的有关规定，扬子石化决定发放奖金每人5000元，3人由此成为扬子石化2016年开出的首期安全大奖得主。 蒋连家</p>
