    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">初平:设备就位、找正后(不再水平移动)的第一次找平,即初步找平。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">初平的目的:是将设备的水平度大体上调整到接近要求的程度,为下一步二次灌浆后的精确找平(精平)做准备。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">精平的原因:</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(1)初平时地脚螺栓的预留孔末灌浆,找正之后还不能固定。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(2)初平时设备未经过清洗,放水平仪的设备加工面上也只是局部擦洗了一下,不能进行全面的检查和调整,所测结果不够精确,初平的精度一般不易达到规定的安装水平要求。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">初平注意事项:</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(1)设备初平前,应串好地脚螺栓,垫上垫圈,套上螺母,放好垫铁。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(2)垫铁的中心线要垂直于设备底座的边缘,垫铁外面的长度要符合要求。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(3)垫铁放好后还要检查有无松动,如有松动应换上一块较厚的平垫铁。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">设备精平:在初平的基础上对设备的水平度做进一步的调整,使之完全达到合格的程度。对于死地脚螺栓,其设备的精平工作必须在二次灌浆养护期满之后进行。因为设备的精平必须与拧紧地脚螺螺栓配合进行。对于活地脚螺栓固定的设备,不受二次灌浆限制,故在初平后即可进行精平。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、清洗:用水或压缩空气清除坑内的粉尘和杂物,坑内不得沾有油渍。用洁净水浸润混凝土坑约30分钟,坑面在座浆墩施工前24小时内要保持湿润状态。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、刷浆:清除坑内积水,在混凝土坑表面上薄薄地刷一层与座浆墩同品牌的水泥浆水泥浆。水泥浆按1公斤水泥加1~1.2公斤拌成。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4、浇捣:将模盒放在坑上,把拌好的材料灌入坑内,应分层浇灌,分层捣固,每层厚度为30mm,确保砂浆(混凝土)与垫板能紧密结合。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5、放置垫板:当座浆墩表面稍干后,即可放置垫板。用手用力按压,或用手锤把轻轻敲击垫板中心部位,使其垂直平稳下沉,避免空气进入垫板下。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">6、调整:垫板要按设计要求找好水平度和标高,并拍实垫板四周砂浆,使之牢固,并使砂浆(混凝土)秒面低于垫板2-5mm。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三点法:</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在机电设备底座下放上子块斜铁(或千斤顶)。调整三个点的高度,使标局略高于设计标高1~2mm。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">将永久垫铁放入所要求的位置,其松紧度以锤子能轻轻敲入为准,并要求全部永久垫铁都具有一样的松紧度。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">将斜铁拆除,使机座落在永久垫铁上。拧紧地脚螺栓,并检查设备的标高和水平度以及垫铁的松紧度。合格后,进行二次灌浆。</p>
