<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 此外，原新乡平原同力水泥公司、原春江集团第三采石场等企业在违规采矿过程中也对赵长城唐庄1段和赵长城常村1段造成破坏 在第二轮中央生态环保督察中，类似的问题也被点名在宁夏吴忠市盐池县工业园，400米的明长城被一石化工厂包围，与甲醇储罐距离不足20米。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">督察指出，该工业园区无序发展，在文物保护范围内搞建设，严重威胁头道边段古长城安全 与宁夏不同的是，此次文物遗址已遭受实质性破坏督察组认为，河南省新乡市辉县、卫辉生态和文物保护意识不强，对无证、越界等非法采矿破坏生态环境监管不到位，对破坏赵长城遗址行为查处不力。</p>
