<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 1964年1月，毛主席向全国各行各业发出了“工业学大庆”的号召之后，来大庆学习、参观的人数逐年增多，在大庆召开的各种会议也逐渐多起来为了适应接待工作的需要，大庆会战工委、会战指挥部决定在大庆火车站以东20公里处组建接待服务机构——东风接待站。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 当年，东风接待站共建了8个院子，一、四、五、六、七号院”做接待用其中“七号院”专门接待各媒体的记者;“二号院”做展览馆，当时从北京大庆展览撤回来的人和展品都落户在这里“三号院”接待人员住宿办公场所，“八号院”是大庆文工团等一些直属单位驻地。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当时会议较多，开会有时也用八号院 1974年，东风接待站建了“老”九号院它处在接待站最僻静之处，这是当时接待规格最高的一个院，当年来大庆视察参观的国家领导人、国外元首、国内外许多知名人士都曾在此下榻，所以，九号院也被称做大庆的“国宾馆”。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">儿童公园油娃雕塑群双“塔”一群雕 第一塔，是“石油之光”虽然它是以雕塑的面貌与世人见面，但它已经成为大庆人心中的一座不朽的灯塔，成为大庆这座城市的象征 它由大庆本土作者吴景行、张少杰、战广彦设计2009年大庆市八届人大常委会第十九次会议通过了有关决定，批准雕塑“石油之光”为大庆的城市标志。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “石油之光”雕塑主体有基座、塔身、塔徽基座为高3.5米、直径8米的圆柱体，周围镶有2.1米的铸铜浮雕带其上托起的塔身是由高30米、直径半米多的钢管排列起来的三棱柱，上端每边各有一件直径为2.4米的铜质圆浮雕。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">环廊是6只飞翔的海燕，最大高度近5米，组成了奔腾的海浪 雕塑以现代立体构成的象征性手法，表现人类征服自然的气势和力度 另一个塔，是大庆广播电视塔它位于广电大厦立交桥北侧，1989年9月建成，建成时是亚洲第三高、我国第二高、黑龙江省第一高的全钢结构广播电视塔。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 全高260米，塔重2600吨，其中塔身高159米，天线桅杆高101米，塔身呈正六边形，兼具实用和观赏、游览价值，目前它仍保持着大庆第一高塔的纪录，是大庆市的地标建筑站在它的观光区，凭栏远望，大庆的城市美景尽收眼底。</p>
