<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">会上，章建成作了题为《凝心聚力促发展 坚定信心稳运行》的工作报告，总结了我省冶金有色行业2024年前三季度运行情况以及当前面临的形势任务，并部署下阶段重点工作他指出，今年以来，面临严峻的市场挑战，全省冶金有色行业坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会和省委十五届五次全会精神，坚定不移贯彻新发展理念，坚持走高质量发展之路，积极推动行业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展，延链强链补链助力产业发展，科技创新赋能水平稳步提升，绿色低碳发展成果不断涌现，两化融合管理体系深入推进，产业智能制造水平持续提升，坚持行业供需动态平衡导向。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">章建成表示，省冶金有色行业协会坚持“为企业服务、为行业服务”的宗旨，坚持围绕工作发展大局，为行业企业办实事，解难题；自觉承担社会责任，为企业做好服务工作在全体会员企业的支持下，搭建政企沟通桥梁，传递行业真实声音；倾心服务企业需求，助力优化营商环境；深化协会职能建设，增强统计数据价值；坚守思想政治方向，巩固意识形态阵地。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在深入分析行业面临的形势后，章建成强调，要大力发展新质生产力锚定高端化、智能化、绿色化目标不放松，主动把握行业新技术和新模式的发展，以颠覆性工艺创新和流程再造，增创产业迭代竞争力，围绕企业核心功能，加快新旧动能转换，实现企业效益的最大化。</p>
