<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2023年，市港航事业发展中心港航政策研究室聚焦市委、市政府现代港航物流突破战略，立足服务保障内河航运高质量发展，锚定“争一流、争第一、争唯一”目标，发挥专业技术优势，大兴调查研究之风，成立了课题调研组，深入基层一线、港航企业和南方水运发达地市开展港航经济和内河航运调研10余次，协助起草并协调省市级层面出台支持港航发展的政策文件5项，为推动内河航运上升为省级重大战略举措提供了重要支撑。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">先后撰写高质量调研报告6篇、政务信息12篇，其中《山东政务信息》（专报）“济宁市持续放大黄金水道优势，济宁港入选全国港口功能优化提升试点”获省长肯定性批示，研究报告《济宁现代港航物流发展思路与对策研究》获“全省政府系统优秀调研成果一等奖”，市重大应用课题《提升济宁多式联运能级研究》获市委主要领导肯定性批示，3篇调研报告获市政府领导肯定性批示，提出的多项内河航运发展思路建议进入了省市决策，并先后在国家级期刊《中国水运》《中国航务周刊》，省政府内刊《山东经济战略研究》以及中国大运河蓝皮书《中国大运河发展报告》（2023）》等刊发。</p>
