<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">排名倒数10个城市中有9个位于欧洲南部和西巴尔干地区另外，欧洲非首都城市的公共交通满意度（73%）略高于欧洲首都（69%）便利性、安全性是欧洲人衡量公共交通的重要指标除了地理原因，还有交通费用、安全性、便利性、频率和可靠性等因素影响该指标。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">调查发现，在这些因素中，交通费用对整体满意度影响较小，而安全性、便利性、可靠性和频率这四个变量之间存在很强的相关性，且对整体的交通满意度影响较大在交通费用上，62%的伦敦人、81%的柏林人和66%的巴黎人认为本地的交通费用合理且可负担的。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为此，欧盟委员会鼓励人们改变出行方式，提倡积极出行、公共交通和其他清洁、智能的交通方案，目的是让欧盟范围内的公共交通更具吸引力和效率，包括国际公共交通协会(UITP)在内的43个欧洲交通组织联盟正在呼吁欧盟增加对公共交通的资助。</p>
