什么是多层板？生态板认知（2）

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">胶合板又称夹板，由单板构成的多层材料，通常按相邻层单板的纹理方向大致垂直组胚胶合而成的板材。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">生产流程：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（1）原木切削加工：将杨木、桉木等木材，旋切成薄薄的单板。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（3）施胶：多层板基材胶合强度≥0.7MPa （1MPa=10kg/c㎡，大概是这样，不用太纠结）</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（4）组胚：热压工艺。（挖个坑）</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、胶合板特点</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（1）幅面大、表面平整、不易翘曲变形；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（2）材质均匀，克服了天然木材各向异性的缺陷。同时具有实木特性。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（3）与木材配合使用。适用于家具的大幅面部件。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">书面的东西说完了，再说点小知识</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1、市面上的免漆板面层基本上都是浸胶纸，是纸哦！不是木皮啥的。用木皮的叫实木贴皮，一般比免漆板要贵，再往上应该就是原木了。早期浸胶纸和实木贴皮，一方面是节能环保，科学发展的要求，另一方面是迎合市场，为了经济实惠的高仿出原木、石材等高价位的材料。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">不过现在自成一派。有自己的优势和特色。花色丰富，图案繁多，这是原木油漆难以做到的。科技木纹路现在也是很受欢迎。</p>
