水泵、电机安装步骤方法

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">2、装上水泵、电机联轴器，将水泵、电机吊放在底座上，拧上电机，水泵地脚螺栓，不用拧紧。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">3、拧紧底座地脚螺栓。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">4、校正水泵、电机 平行度，同心度，留出联轴器间隙。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">联轴器外径120~190mm间隙约4~5mm；</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">联轴器外径220~330mm间隙约5~8mm间隙；</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">联轴器外径410~630mm间隙约8~10mm；</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">联轴间隙是指水泵、电机往联轴器端拨出轴向窜动后的间隙；</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">校正采用百分表或红外线校正仪进行校正平行度.同心度控制制0.00~0.08mm以内。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">5、清理进、出口管道焊渣等以后进行管道安装。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">备注：如果是老管道先检查管道，再吊装水泵。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">6、检查压力表.排气阀、注水孔.真空系统接口设置是正确。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">出口压力表安装在水泵出口与闸阀之间。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">排气阀安装在高于叶轮外径位置或出口短接上。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">注水孔.真空系统安装在 水泵进口上，注水孔高度高于排气阀。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">进口压力表、真空表装在进口管道上。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">7、检查，进.出口管道阀门，及管道支撑。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">8、固定进、出口管道后进行二次同心度、平行度校正。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">9、启动电机检查旋转方向是否与水泵旋转方向是否一致。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">10、连接冷却水系统，冷却水正常情况下采用低进、高出方式。</span></p>
