<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">石家庄高铁片区超高层地标建筑项目建设现场 唐基真 摄筏板是建筑的核心基础，此次浇筑的2栋塔楼基础筏板面积达9000平方米，需浇筑混凝土方量达2.7万余方，最厚处达8.9米浇筑任务面临温度控制复杂、混凝土浇筑量庞大、钢筋结构密集、工期短、交通状况复杂等诸多挑战，具有“难度大、规模大、精度高、深度深”的特点。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为保障施工进度与质量，施工方通过科学规划和周密部署，成立8个攻坚组，从行车路线规划、泵车配置、现场场地布置、车辆调度到应急保障措施等多个维度进行了深入分析和周密部署，共投入11台天泵、100余辆罐车，确保混凝土浇筑一次成型。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在养护和温度控制方面，面对高温天气下大体积混凝土浇筑裂缝控制的“难题”，施工方综合运用多项创新技术进行破解在浇筑前，预先安装了“自动测温装置”，对底板混凝土进行实时监测；针对芯筒区域，布置3层冷却水管，通过精准调控管内流速，控制内外温差。</p>
