<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">思考一下，一个预制的排架柱包括什么，无非就是钢筋、混凝土和预埋件，再往大一层次看，就是上一篇文章提到的那几个过程，预制—平移—运输—吊装 。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">那么设计说明中设计到预制柱的内容也离不开这几样东西。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">首先是七、主要结构材料中2、混凝土的2.1说明了排架柱混凝土强度等级是C30；2.2告诉了环境类别为I-A类，配合九、钢筋混凝土结构基本构造看，其钢筋保护层最小为25mm。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">①排架柱一共161根。一共有PZ1~PZ6、KFZ等7种类型，而平面图给每根柱子标注是哪一种类型。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">②局部图中看得到，有的横向的两个排架柱之间标有ZC字样且连着蓝线，ZC即柱间支撑的意思，说明其中设置柱间支撑。如果在这两根柱子之间有柱间支撑，那么他们侧面必须有预埋件，反之则不必设预埋件。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这个信息非常重要，如果哪个地方漏了侧面的埋件，支撑焊不上去特别麻烦。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">②配筋图、剖面图、钢筋表，三者配合看预制柱的配筋；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">③预埋件大样，根据其尺寸下料，没有大样的模板图中有告知图集号，参照图集上的尺寸做即可。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">每个轴线柱间支撑的立面图，主要是说柱间支撑的，表格里是每个柱间支撑参照的图集、或者是在本设计图中。和预制柱有关的也是配合着平面图看看预制柱的埋件是否有对不上或者有漏的地方。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这不在原设计图中，是利用平面图自制的（图中黄色、红色粗线是我现画的，为的是展现一下PZ1~PZ6和抗风柱分别在什么位置。）</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">，增加内容有以下两点：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">①利用CAD的编号插件gczbhg3.fas，将每个柱子从1编到161，与每个轴线号上的柱子一一对应，相当于每个柱子有了自己的名字。（局部图中每个柱子右下角的数字）</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">②把每个柱子的预埋件数量及名称（M-1、M-2是预埋件名称、前边的2×则是数量）统计到一张图上，对应到每一根柱子。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">好处呢就是都打到一张图上，现场去做隐蔽验收的时候只要拿上这张图去做对照检查，没问题的就打√，说明已经验收完毕，既能做到心中有数，领导问的时候能答上， 又降低了预埋件放错或漏放的风险。</p>
