<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">落实《“十四五”铁路建设省级项目资本金筹措方案》，采取“资本金+贴息”办法，对蜀道集团进行资本金注入和建设期融资贴息支持。截至2023年底，省级财政累计安排360.5亿元，有力支持成达万、成自宜和隆叙铁路扩能改造等重大铁路项目实施。</p>
