<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">兰德湖院子小区确实存在部分居民加盖车库、阳光房等违规建筑覆盖地下燃气管线的情况。该情况我们已经沟通小区物业，督促业主整改，并向市住建局和萨尔图<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>区住建局进行了汇报。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 经专家现场调查取证，相关部门决定通过工程改造的方式，将被覆盖的地下燃气管线改为地上铺设，消除安全隐患。目前相关施工方案正在设计阶段，预计十月初开始施工。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">刘女士：虽然改造燃气管线的方<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>案解决了燃气安全隐患的问题，但是小区业主加盖违章建筑的行为本身就不合法，也担忧这些违章建筑是否存在其它安全隐患，希望相关部门关注此问题，彻底治理违章建筑。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">回顾:付先生是湖滨教师花园B26号楼居民，<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>2022年初交过燃气费，后来因燃气表坏了无法再缴费，报修时工作人员告知燃气可以正常使用，换了燃气表再交费就可以。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">今年6月，小区统一更换燃气表，6月20日左右自己拿着旧燃气表到燃气公司缴费，工作人员告知<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>欠费约4000元，付先生认为燃气表计数有问题，因为家里只有两口人，两年时间用不到4000元燃气。并且欠费未结清前每次只能预存50元燃气费，频繁缴费非常不便，希望得到帮助。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 节目后，我们的工作人员第一时间与付先生取得联系，表示可以与用户一同将燃气表送到第三方检测公司进行鉴定，根据检测报告处理欠费事宜。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">经过沟通，工作人员已经帮助<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>付先生一次性购买了200元的燃气，付先生提出先记录自家燃气的使用情况，后期再对燃气表进行检测。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">付先生：节目后有大庆燃气公司的工作人员和我联系，目前我已经购买了200元的燃气，能够支撑家中一段时间的使用<a style="color: red;">方钉导航</a>。由于最近比较忙，燃气表鉴定需要过一段时间再做，这期间我也会记录自家燃气的平均使用数据作为后期参考 。</p>
